As a passionate Skin Therapist and Self-Care Coach, I have a unique approach to wellness, by looking at what our skin and body are telling us about our emotional and mental well-being.

With this in mind, I decided it was time to create something to share everything I have learned about skincare, self-care, and self-love.

I created the Whole Body Wellness Coaching course to help women navigate self-care, decode their skincare and what their skin is telling them, and establish a rhythm for a joyful, fulfilling day.

Meet Eri The Esti


I'm Erica Shaw, Holistic Skin Therapist and Wellness Coach, and I want to share a bit about why I started Eri The Esti: a one on one coaching program to help empath women live a more joyful life, prioritize self-care, and take control of their well-being by understanding their skin.

After running Enlighten Bodhi Spa in California's Capitol for 8 years and working with hundreds of women on their well-being and skin, the number one thing I realized was so many women feel uncomfortable putting themselves first. I created Whole Body Wellness Coaching to address this gap between caring for others and caring for ourselves. There is a lot to self-care, so to make it manageable I've broken your 90-day program up into 1-week chunks.


Each week comes with a video to help guide you through that week's focus activities and topics. You'll watch the video, and follow along with the Weekly Coaching PDF.


You can share your weekly responses, ask me questions, and schedule your weekly call in our private 1:1 Coaching Milestones, a private chat site for you during your coaching course.

Inside you'll find the weekly questions for the concepts discussed within the video, as well as space for you to use for the video activity or make any notes.


On our call, we will review your responses and discover your roadmap for whole body wellness.

In the Week 1 Module, you can download the PDF for your 'My Self Care Journal'. Use this to check-in with your heart and mind.


Journaling is a powerful self-care tool that allows us time to reflect without too many distractions. As the saying goes, "the pen is mightier than the sword."


Write a daily intention/positive word, track your skincare and self-care, and finish each night with gratitude as you share what you loved most about your day.
